Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain the highest level of service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. This fee is necessary to compensate for the time reserved for you. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice be charged the 100% fee of the scheduled service. How to Cancel: If you are unable to cancel through your text or e-mail appointment confirmation provided, please contact us directly at 469-463-5678 or info@browsandbrazilians.com . Voicemail and email cancellations are accepted as long as they are sent within the 24-hour notice period. Deposits: Deposits become refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours of your appointment time. Deposits are applied to the total balance of your service.
